*Displaying a desire to improve, using technique & effort, setting a goal & achieving that goal. Starting the season not doing flip turns in meets & by the end of the season qualified for Regionals in 2 back stroke events because of his flip turns! Yvain also only missed 2 practices this year, amazing commitment!

*A real leader in practice, making connections in his swimming between effort, technique, and focus and finding results. Trying somthing new, swim meets & using practice as a tool to improve. A great supporter of his lane mates and team mates & a desire to keep it going!

At all the swim meets Stowe attended as a team, Alexis improved her swims 23 times! She attachs each race and worked for it in practice!
